Angel Rosario is the President/CEO to the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Rosario is also a Marketing Director for Healthfirst a managed care company with well over 600,000 members. Mr. Rosario has worked in the community for over 30 years overseeing youth, adults and senior programs. He has also worked for the New York City Department of Health HIV/STD Bureau providing HIV presentations to colleges and Community Based Organizations. Mr. Rosario has developed health-fairs and events throughout the 5 Boroughs while working closely with small businesses as well community and faith based organizations. Mr. Rosario attended Long Island University Brooklyn Campus for four years where he majored in physical education. He graduated from Empire State College in 1997 with a bachelor of science in Community and Public Health. He was awarded "the Who's Who Amongst Colleges and Universities" from Empire State College in 1997. He was also awarded a Congressional Award in 2007 for extensive community work.

 

Brian Gomez is the Vice President/Store Manager of the TD Bank store located at 1837 Richmond Avenue, Staten Island, New York.  Brian is currently responsible for developing business for this store branch and its overall operations, as well as the management, development and training of a team of 20 employees.  He oversees a $135 million deposit portfolio and continues to promote its growth. 

Brian joined TD Bank in July of 2001 as a Customer Service Representative, opening new personal and business accounts while developing and maintaining customer service relationships.  He was promoted in 2002 to the Manager Development Associate Program where he learned the various positions within a retail bank.  From 2002-2005, Brian held the position of Assistant Manager in which he was responsible for the operations of the store, and managed stores both in Manhattan and Staten Island.  In 2005 Brian was promoted to AVP/Store Manager.

Brian is an active member of the Staten Island community and is a member of the South Shore Rotary, past chairman of the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation 40 under 40 Leadership Group and treasurer/ founding member of the Staten Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  He also serves on various charitable committees for the Hungerford School Prom, American Cancer Society's Annual Golf Outing and the JCC Annual Golf Outing.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rowan University.  He currently lives in Somerset County, NJ with his wife, Mahali and their young son, Brian Cruz.

 

Richard A. Luthmann is the General Counsel to the Staten Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Luthmann, the founder of The Luthmann Law Firm, PLLC, is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and before the United States Tax Court. Mr. Luthmann serves as counsel for several high profile and high net-worth individuals and families including athletes, celebrities, stars of stage and screen, and as advisor to several financial companies and their principals. His practice focuses on trusts and estates, tax planning, asset protection, corporate and securities law/regulation and international financial architecture. He is a graduate of Columbia University (B.A., cum laude, 2001), New York Law School (J.D., cum laude, Law Review, 2004), and the University of Miami School of Law (LL.M., Estate Planning, 2005). Mr. Luthmann is Of Counsel to Menicucci, Villa & Associates, PLLC (www.menicuccivilla.com) and to The Bisignano Law Firm, PLLC (www.bisignanolaw.com).

 

Xiomara Ayala is the Seacretary for the Staten Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and moved to Staten Island in 2004 from her hometown Astoria, Queens.

Xiomara started her banking career 11 years ago at First Entertainment Credit Union as a teller. During her 5 years in FECU she progressed to Branch Service Specialist. Looking to grow she joined JP Morgan Chase Bank as a Sales and Service Associate in Morristown NJ. Within 2 years at Chase she was able to achieve her Series 6, Series 63 and NJ & NY Health Insurance and be promoted to a Licensed Personal Banker before transferring to Staten Island. She ended her 4 years at Chase as a Small Business Specialist when she was offered the opportunity to become a Branch Manager at Sovereign Bank in 2010. Presently she is the Branch Manager at Marathon Bank Forest Ave location with responsibility to the administration and daily operation of a full service branch office. Along with developing new deposit and loan business and providing a superior level of customer relations, Xiomara participates in community affairs in Staten Island to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.

Xiomara also serves as Secretary for the Staten Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She is an active member of the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation Women Leadership Council. She also participated in supporting sponsorship for the March of Dimes Staten Island Division.

Currently working on her degree in Finance, she attributes her accomplishments to her 2 children, Giselle and CJ whom have kept her focused to progress.
